Cycling is a popular form of exercise in Australia- especially Adelaide where the cooler climates make easy for a peddle.
Adelaide has been blessed with several great cycling tracks with none too far from the Southern State capital, Melbourne.

Often referred to as one of the most epic trails in Australia, we’re starting off with the 80km stretch- Riesling Trail.
With inclines of only 1.5%, this is a great track for beginners with some super scenic views.
Just south of Adelaide lay the scenic Coast to Vines Rail trail.
Another good one for beginners, you can follow the old railway line all the way through vineyards and into town.
Now this one is for very experienced riders, it’s a tough uphill track.
But the views all around make the trip extra worth it.
The views from the Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park are unmatched anywhere else in the world, making this spot a must-go.
This is one for the road cyclists out there, and a bit of experience won’t hurt on this one.
With a 4.7% gradient with some parts getting steeper, it get’s tough.
Don’t let that scare you off though, you’ll get a great view of the sitting and you’ll feel super rewarded after making it to the top.
