The Iconic Pink Minnie Caravan Could Be Yours

Attention holidaymakers, camping and caravanning enthusiasts: The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is auctioning its iconic Winnebago Pink Minnie caravan on eBay from 17th November. Funds raised from the auction sale will help the NBCF in its mission to fund life-changing breast cancer research.

Pink Minnie is perfectly suited to couples and small families keen for some adventure and exploration. She’s a compact, easy-to-tow caravan with all of the features for comfortable travel including large bed, full kitchen, dinette and corner ensuite. She is in pristine condition and summer-holiday ready for camping and caravanning enthusiasts.

NBCF’s much-loved Pink Minnie was kindly donated by Winnebago Australia in 2015 and has been on many memorable journeys with NBCF to promote major fundraising campaigns including the 2016 Dometic Follow the Sun campaign. Follow the Sun saw ambassadors travel around to numerous caravan parks from North Queensland to Victoria, engaging communities and encouraging their love of caravanning while raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research. She’s a caravan with heart!

NBCF CEO Professor Sarah Hosking said, “On average, every day in Australia, 8 women will succumb to their battle with breast cancer – 8 daughters, wives, sisters – 8 mums. It is 8 too many!”

“It is entirely thanks to donations and fundraising initiatives like this charity auction that enables NBCF to fund research into the prevention and better treatment of breast cancer,” she continued.
