Adelaide Springs Into Step With Major Events

With some world-famous events on the horizon, it is the perfect time to combine a family-friendly getaway with some world-famous events coming to Adelaide soon.

Over the next few months Adelaide is THE place to be! There’s the Vailo 500 coming up from the 14th to 17th November. Described as being the best touring car event in the world, in this its 25th year, the season finale will once again take place on the streets of Adelaide. Almost as famous as the race itself, is the after-race concert, with acts sure to entertain the masses once again. Combined with a stay at an action-packed park such as Marion Holiday Park, with its lagoon pool, bowling alley and outdoor bar area, the entire crew will love you for organizing this getaway combination.

Further racing action comes to the Adelaide roads and regional areas of South Australia later in the summer when the world’s best cyclists come to SA to compete in the Santos Tour Down Under. This opening event of the men’s and women’s UCI World Tour runs from the 17th to 25th January 2025. Winding through the streets of Adelaide initially, Levi Caravan Park is the perfect central base to attend the various stages of this international event.

Now in its 3rd year, LIV Golf fever is sure to take over Adelaide once again from the 14th to the 16th February 2025 at The Grange Golf Club. You can enjoy getting close to some of the best golfers in the world, follow all the action at each hole with the rest of the crowd, or exploring the festival-style Fan Village and live music.
