THREE lucky families from around Australia won the opportunity for an all expenses paid week-long camping road trip with Sunrise and the popular weather man Sam Mac.
Along with the Sunrise crew, the three families formed the ‘Tassie Mac Convoy’ and set off from March 5-9 starting with a trip on the Spirit of Tasmania and visiting sites such as Tasmania Zoo, Truffles of Tasmania, the Port Arthur Historical site and more.
Throughout the trip the families formed friendships, featured on Sunrise, created lifelong memories, learned a lot, and even wrote a song with Sam Mac!
The success of the trip just goes to show that caravan and camping trips are a great option for people of all ages, and are a friendly and fulfilling holiday choice for everybody.
