• Suburb – to assist with location-based dealer matching
• Email address and phone number – for follow-up contact
• Contact preference – preferred method of contact (phone, email, or both)
• RV product type – the category of RV being considered
• Budget range – to assist with appropriate product matching
• Timeframe – when the consumer intends to purchase or travel

As part of the process, the consumer selects how many dealers may contact them — up to 5, 10, or 15 dealers. This number determines how many trusted RV dealers will receive the submitted information and be permitted to initiate contact.

How the Information Is Used

The details provided are used solely for the purpose of helping match the consumer with appropriate RV dealers. Based on the quantity selected, that number of trusted dealers will be granted access to the enquiry and may follow up to provide assistance related to RV needs.

The information will only be used for this matching process. It is not shared more widely, nor is it used for promotional purposes outside the scope of the RV Finder service.

Who Has Access to the Information

• Only the number of trusted RV dealers indicated (5, 10, or 15) will receive the submitted information.
• No information will be provided to third parties unrelated to this process, and no more than the selected number of dealers will be authorised to make contact.

Use of Anonymised Data for Improvement

Aggregated and anonymised data may be used to help improve the RV Finder service. This data contains no personal identifiers and is used solely for internal insights, service enhancements, and to better understand user needs. Individual users are never identifiable in this process.

What We Don’t Do

• Information is not shared with advertisers or external marketing databases
• Details are not used for unrelated communications or third-party promotions
• Data is not stored longer than necessary to fulfil the RV Finder service and its follow-up process
