Stuart Family : A Travelling Day from Port Arthur to Bicheno

The Reconnecting is Key Competition journey continues with the Stuart family driving from Port Arthur to Bicheno.

On the Road Again

Today we travelled from Port Arthur to Bicheno. It was a nice drive south to north!

We stopped off at Orford and it was amazing to see the ocean so calm and picturesque.

A little while later, we arrived at Bicheno Blowhole, which the kids loved trying to work out when it would spout.

We finished off the day at the Bicheno Penguin Tour which did not disappoint, with the penguins coming back to roost after their day out at sea. They are amazing clever little creatures! There is no photography allowed though; this is to make sure they do not get flashed by cameras and to help keep their lives as normal as possible. The tour was very well run by knowledgeable guides and very respectful of these cute little locals.
