Not too far from Victor Harbour is a lovely coastal town called Robe and apparently the 4WD Mecca for South Australia!

Week Thirteen

Had the weather have been more obliging we definitely would have taken full advantage of the reputation but wind and sand are not a great mix for the kids.

In saying that we still managed some decent tracks and thoroughly enjoyed the sand dunes.

We’ve marked it on our list of places to get back too as we also noticed and abundance of cray boats which put a glint in Colin’s eye.

Moving on from Robe we were heading along the coast to Warrnambool and noticed the caravan brakes had locked on. Luckily it was just in front of a caravan servicing shed and using the Australian beer currency Col was able to utilise their tools to investigate the issue. With that checked we realised it was probably time for a service and break check by the professionals so we continued on, with the to do list changing slightly in order to book the van in somewhere asap.
