From Tom – I love living in the caravan, it’s awesome as I don’t have to go to school. There are lots of swimming pools, I play LEGO outside the caravan and I like going snorkelling. We have met lots of people and I have made lots of friends at all the different places we have stayed.
The driving can be boring but when we finally get somewhere new I say “Wow this is sooo cool”.
We went to this place called the Pinnacles, they were these rocks that were really high and cool. We went for a big walk to look at them and when we got back to the car we were really tired. There must have been thousands of them.
We then stayed at Sandy Cape just outside of Jurien Bay. I really loved the sunset and playing at the beach which was just over the sandhill from our caravan. We went to a really big sandhill near our campsite. Dad didn’t bring any sandboards so we climbed to the top and rolled down. It was really fun and fast and really, really steep. I got sand in my ears and everywhere after I rolled down the hill and it took a couple of days to get it out of my hair, but it was worth it. Grace and I rolled down about 4 or 5 times.
I do miss my friends at school but living in the caravan is pretty awesome!!!
