The Stuart Family continues on their Reconnecting is Key Competition journey, from Bicheno to Launceston.
Today we travelled from Bicheno to Launceston!
We went straight to Cataract Gorge for look at a local attraction. There was a fair bit of work being done in preparation for warmer weather with a pool and water play area under construction. Some of the trees on the walk were huge and very impressive, with the kids doing an ‘oh what a feeling’ jump for us to show the size!
We then had a quick side trip to Low Head to check out the lighthouse and run the kids’ energy levels down after a reasonable time in the car.
Next leg was off the King Solomons and Marakoopa Caves where the National Park tours were again run by passionate guides who love the geology and history of the area.
All in all it was another great day on our trip!
