In Sydney, you’ll find breezy breweries in the city’s hippest neighbourhoods, while Perth serves up laid back beer gardens with edgy brews. Wayward Brewery in Sydney has had its ‘Sourpuss’ Raspberry Berliner Weisse on the menu for a while now. You won’t struggle to find a seasonal sour or menu staple on the list at most local breweries. Make Wildflower Brewing & Blending in Marrickville the next stop, as one of the biggest game-changers in sour beer. The beers are barrel aged with wild yeast, giving them their tartness!

Northern Territory

Alice Springs Brewing Co is the Red Centre’s only operating brewery. Founded by longtime local Kyle Pearson in 2018, ASBC strives to offer a locally made product paired with simple but flavoursome food options.
