Country Charm & Award-Winning Stays

Watiki Creek Resort was named Tourist Park of the Year. A secluded, creekside holiday park, Watiki is a great place to bring a family, with plenty of playground equipment and open space for kids to ride bikes and safely play.

Many visitors enjoy the park’s quiet rural location, while also visiting nearby attractions, including Barmah, Kyabram, Cobram, Shepparton and the historic township of Echuca.

The Community Partnership Award went to Acacia Caravan Park, which offers a wide range of affordable accommodation, including fenced pet friendly caravan sites.

Located within walking distance of Ararat’s charming town centre, visitors like to stroll through Alexandra Gardens Park or tour the infamous J Ward gaol and asylum, day or night. Ararat is an ideal base for exploring the Grampians National Park.

Golden Country Motel and Caravan Park went home with the Green Park Award thanks to its sustainability measures, including an on-site electric vehicle charging station, designed to power adventures to nearby markets, reservoirs and historic sites in and around Maryborough.

This boutique caravan park offers ensuite caravan sites as well as cabin accommodation and motel rooms, ensuring a style of accommodation designed to suit everyone from couples to large families with great amenities and facilities as well.

Innovation, Excellence & Unforgettable Experiences

BIG4 Apollo Bay Pisces Holiday Park received the Innovation Award in recognition of its incredible undercover play space & sound and light experience known as Cetus. This weather-independent attraction ensures guests can enjoy a unique experience all year round.

While the stunning beachside location is the park’s hallmark, the heated swimming pool, basketball half-court, modern adventure playground with flying fox, pump track and games room ensures it remains a family favourite.

Bimbi Park won the Marketing Award, though Frank and Kat (the park’s friendly owners) would likely confess that it’s easy to market such a prime location. The park offers camping and glamping in the heart of Otway National Park.

While you’re bound to see koalas, wallabies and diverse species of migratory birds that visit the park, you can also experience great facilities and activities including mini golf and a splash park.

The Workplace Excellence Award went to NRMA Ballarat Holiday Park, in recognition of a positive work culture that carries over into the guest experience.

Less than two hours from Melbourne, the park offers easy access to the Goldfields, including Sovereign Hill and offers many facilities and services including e-bike hire and a sensory room for neurodivergent children designed in conjunction with an OT.
