An incredible opportunity awaits one lucky camper: the chance to win $1,000,000 by simply enjoying a road trip and supporting local tourism – what’s not to like?

If that sounds a little familiar, you’ll be glad to know that the Road to a Million competition is officially back and better than ever!

Just like last year- we are offering campers the chance to win a whopping ONE MILLION DOLLARS!

For those who need a little brush-up, we’ll run through the basics.

How do I enter?

To get started, all you need to do is book a stay at one of the caravan parks that are part of the competition.

The booking period for eligibility runs from October 1st, 2023, to February 29th, 2024.

Once you’ve made your reservation at a participating caravan park during this timeframe, you’re well on your way.

The next step is equally simple!

Just visit the Road to a Million website and navigate to the homepage where you’ll find an easy-to-use entry form.

Fill in your details as instructed on the form, making sure everything is accurate and complete.

That’s it! You’re officially entered into the contest.

Now, you’re in the running for a chance to win big- so go ahead, plan your caravan park stay, submit your information on the website, and take the first steps on your own road to the chance of potentially winning a million!

What are the rules?

Each night you book at a caravan holiday park or rental earns you one entry into the contest.

The number of entries you receive will be multiplied based on the distance of the caravan park from the state capital.

The farther away the park is, the higher the multiplier applied to your entries:

  • If the caravan park is 0 to 199 kilometres away from the state capital, the number of nights you book is multiplied by 1.
  • If it’s 200 to 399 kilometres away, the number of nights booked is multiplied by 2.
  • For caravan parks located 400 to 599 kilometres from the state capital, the number of nights booked is multiplied by 3.
  • If the park is 600 to 799 kilometres away, your number of nights booked is multiplied by 4.
  • For parks located more than 800 kilometres away from the state capital, the number of nights booked is multiplied by 5.

Who won last year?

Meet Amy Merlehan, an avid camper and lover of the outdoors with the winning vote coming down to their stay at Borumba Deer Park!

Amy was the grand winner of the 2022 Road to a Million competition and was given the chance to win the big $1M.

With a grand debut on Sunrise morning show, Amy was surrounded by her family and had a grand ol’ time at the BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park.
