Discovery Parks – Onslow

Looking for a place to rest in between your exploration of Australia’s unforgettable Top End? Discovery Parks – Onslow is an ideal destination during your touring holiday of Western Australia.

This caravan park is located 1,386 kilometres north of Perth. Onslow is three and a half hours from Karratha, five hours from Exmouth and seven and a half hours from the inland town of Newman.

Located adjacent to Beadon Creek and the nearby boat ramp, this outback park features a shaded swimming pool, camp kitchen, BBQ area and laundry. Accommodation at our caravan park is simple and secluded, comprising powered and unpowered sites.

The surrounding region is an aquatic paradise, with many options on offer. There’s excellent fishing at Four Mile Creek, mud crabbing at Five Mile Pool and Three Mile Pool, or safe swimming for the whole family at Sunset Beach.

You won’t be short of things to do. For ideas, visit the Onslow Visitor Centre, located in the Goods Shed Museum. This historic building from the Old Onslow town site is full of memorabilia and relics from days gone by. It’s the place to visit for more information about the town and surrounding areas or to purchase souvenirs.

Further afield, the beauty of the Ningaloo Reef or Mackerel Islands beckons and if you visit between March and October, you might witness a natural phenomenon, the Staircase to the Moon.

Holiday with confidence. Book your next stay with an accredited park.

The Accreditation Key identifies businesses with the highest quality standards and practices that have been assessed through strict Caravan Industry Association of Australia accreditation programs.
